Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeks with 3/4 cup of nut milk overnight (or for at least 1 hour)
In a high-speed blender, blend together chia seed mixture, frozen cauliflower rice, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder and spirulina. Mixture may be very thick. Keep adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture blends. You want the mixture to be thick enough to blend and not watery (depending on your blender, this may involve stop/starting the blender and pushing down the mixture).
Top with kiwi, blueberries, bananas and coconut flakes
