Tumeric Latte

Get cozy with this warm and spicy turmeric latte with anti-inflammatory benefits!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

In a small pot, add almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, ground turmeric, nutmeg, allspice and pepper over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Immediately set to low heat and simmer for 3 to 5 more minutes to reduce the liquid and thicken. Pour in two mugs and garnish with cinnamon.
