Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Balls

Healthy gluten-free vegan chocolate chip cookie dough balls to satisfy your sweet tooth. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey (can increase to 2 if you want it sweeter)
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup of dairy-free dark chocolate chips 

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together nut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup/honey.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, flaxseed and salt
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll into small balls (about 2 teaspoons each). 
  • Refrigerate and enjoy.

Notes

If time allows, consider putting the mixture in the refrigerator before you roll the balls to make the mixture less sticky when you roll the balls.
