    The supplement every women over 40 should consider.

If you’re a woman in your 40s or in perimenopause, here’s what you need to know:
💡 Creatine helps your body make ATP — your cells’ energy currency.
More ATP = better strength, faster recovery… and even sharper thinking. Yes, your brain uses ATP.
🔥 Fun fact: Almost 95% of creatine is stored in your muscles, but the rest powers high-energy organs like your brain. This is why research links creatine to improvements in memory, attention, and processing speed.
🧠 Another fun fact: During perimenopause, our natural creatine stores can dip due to hormonal shifts — which may be one reason some women notice fatigue, brain fog, or slower recovery.
 
✨ If you’re curious:
• Look for creatine monohydrate (gold standard) or creatine HCL
• Choose 3rd-party tested
• Unflavored + micronized mixes easiest
 
You can find creatine in powder formulations, pills and gummies (however be cautious about the gummies – many have found to not to have sufficient creatine despite bottle claims).
 
I can’t deal with measuring out powders so I’m currently using a product called “Sheatine” which is a capsule and I haven’t experienced any bloating or GI issues.
