Did any of these resonate with you? Let me know in the comments. 🕶️

As busy working moms, we want to make sure the time we dedicate to our workouts is actually having an impact. Because if I’m carving out 45 minutes in an already packed day, I want those minutes to count.

And one of the biggest things I’ve learned in my 40s is that more isn’t necessarily better—better is better.

For years, I thought getting stronger and changing my body meant working out more, burning more calories and constantly switching things up.

What I actually needed was simpler: lift heavier, progressively challenge my muscles, give my body enough fuel and allow it time to recover.

Once I stopped treating exercise as a way to burn calories and started treating strength training as an investment in the body I want to have years from now, everything shifted.

Muscle is something we want to build—and protect—as we age.

So if you’re in your 40s and spending hours working out without seeing the progress you expected, you may not need to work harder.

You may just need to train differently.

Save this as a reminder —and send it to a friend who wants her workouts to actually work for her. 💪

Hit save because you are going to want to come back to this.

Most wellness routines promoted online were not built for your big beautiful life. I promise you HAVE time to prioritize your wellness. You just need the right strategy and better systems built for your life.

I see too many women with limited time focused on the wrong things. That’s why I created my free Five Day Rebuild. Five days focused on the foundations that build upon one another. By day 5 you are running a system. Comment REBUILD and I’ll send you the guide.

Refuse to fade,
Jeannine

I think part of getting older is accepting that you truly never want to sleep in a tent.

Your children want to see you full of life. Mom to mom, I want to remind you that health is not the reward you get when life gets easier. It is the foundation so you can sustain the life you're living.
